Free parking in front of the hotel - although limited in number, I had no problem parking. Helpful staff. Great location in the town centre, next to the railway station, and within walking distance of the Bergparken with it's castles, museums, monuments and gardens.

The booking and checkin process were very easy and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and there was easy access with the keycards to the building and the rooms. The rooms were very well insulated from noise.

Good breakfast although quite expensive for what it offers, the room was clean and staff is very friendly.

We especially liked opening our window to see over the train station to the Hercules fountain on the mountain in the distance. The room was small but well appointed. Very clean, great staff. Bed was comfortable . Great location, just roll your suitcases to the side of the railroad station and you are there. You get a free pass for all of the trams and buses which are located in front of the train station.

proximity to railway / tram station which gives easy access to entire Kassel. The railway station has bakeries and supermarkets where foods and drinks are available at reasonable price.

The size of the room, the little extras like water, honey, and chocolate, made this an enjoyable stay. We were right next to a major transit, and noise was not a problem at all. Their breakfast was really good and the staff kind.

The location is great for anyone traveling by train and visiting the Congress centre nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean.

Late booking due to original hotel closed from holiday (despite being booked months before). Breakfast good room fine only downside Bar and restaurant closed on the Saturday night of stay. Not knowing Kassel this was very inconvenient.
